Mentoring
Ben’s mentoring skills offers unique opportunity to develop your confidence, skills and focus
The word Mentor comes from Greek Mythology, Mentor was a friend of Odysseus. Odysseus placed Mentor in charge of his son Telemachus when he left for the Trojan wars.
Over time it has come to mean a ‘Trusted Adviser’. I like to describe a mentor as an honest, trusted but unreasonable friends, meaning I am on your side but will challenge you. This means I will look to understand your goals and question, challenge, coach, train and advise you to help you achieve them.
In summary: “I enable individuals and business owners to achieve their goals by helping to remove barriers to performance and releasing their full potential”.

Mentoring provides individuals with a unique opportunity to develop their confidence, skills and focus on themselves and their role within their life or workplace. It is done on a regular one to one basis in an environment that is supportive but also questioning and challenging. The objective is to enable the person being coached to maximise their full potential for the benefit of both themselves, their career and their personal life.
